Our Process

Request for Proposal for Event Design Assistance

  1. We are fully remote event planners. We first review your RFP. If we have questions, we will contact you.
  2. A cost estimate for your event will be emailed to you. Our goal is no more than 24-48 hours.
  3. If you want us to create a few concepts, we will ask for 50% of the quoted fee to be paid upfront. Then we will complete the big picture concept for you to review.
  4. When we are ready to present our initial ideas, we will let you know.
  5. We ask that you then send us an invite for a Zoom or conference call with whomever you want on the call.
  6. If you want us to move forward with, or without changes to our initial ideas, we ask that you pay the 50% balance. Then we will go to work to complete the full design of your event.
  7. In the unexpected chance that we don’t razzle and dazzle you with our initial ideas, then we can part ways with no expectation of the final 50% balance to be paid.

We will either reach out with questions or let you know when you can expect the 1st draft of your project to review. We will revise your message up to 3 times based on your feedback.
